BASIC INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION
 
RESPONSABLE Automatización Dudka Industrial, S.L. (hereinafter ADISL).
PURPOSE Manage the sending of the information requested, as well as the correct provision of the requested services and the resolution of doubts and queries. The data will be kept as long as there is a relationship between the parties and, in case we send you commercial mails, as long as you do not oppose such treatment.
LEGITIMATION Execution and consent of the interested party.
RECIPIENTS ADISL will not transfer user data to third parties, except legal obligation or that is in a contractual relationship, for which the corresponding confidentiality clauses will be established and prior authorization will be requested from the user.
RIGHTS Access, rectify and delete the data, as well as oppose the treatment of the personal data.


1. What is the legitimacy for the treatment of the data?


The legal basis for the treatment of the data is the execution of the contact form, the registration of new clients on the ADISL website (Contact us). This form is carried out by the interested party and with this gives his full consent for the processing of his personal data. These data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and with the sole purpose of managing the relationships we establish with users through the ADISL website.

The information we receive from users is collected as explained below.

Information request The information that the user provides us when he / she requires information on the ADISL website, through the contact form (name, phone number and email address) or when the user wants to buy any of our services or products, will have to register as client and therefore must provide the following information (name, date of birth, telephone, address, zip code, population and country)
Data quality The user must guarantee, both to ADISL and to third parties, the quality of the information and personal data provided through the ADISL website. This implies that all personal data and information provided must be real, truthful, updated and belong to the user and not to third parties. In the event that they belong to third parties, we understand that it is through their consent and we request that said third party be invited to know our legal texts as soon as possible.
Modification of data The user must notify ADISL  of any modification that may occur in the personal data provided, responding in any case to the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided at any time.


b) Information that users provide us indirectly:

 

Data derived from the use of the Web ADISL collects the data derived from the use of the Web by the user each time he / she interacts with the Web.

3. For what purpose do we treat the data?

Territory The service carried out by ADISL is carried out from Spain.


4. How long will we keep the data?
ADISL will keep the personal data of the user for the time necessary to comply with any of the objectives mentioned in this Privacy Policy, comply with current legislation, regulatory requirements and relevant orders of competent courts, or, in any case, when part of the interested party request its suppression or opposition.



5. To which recipients are the data communicated?

As indicated in the previous section, the personal data that ADISL collects will be exclusively used to achieve the object defined on the ADISL  website. To achieve this objective and the correct provision of the service ADISL could share certain personal data of users:

- Prior legal requirement, ADISL  may share information with organizations of executive authorities and / or third parties regarding requests for information regarding criminal investigations and alleged illegal activities.

- With the consent of the user: apart from what has been previously established, the user will be informed in the event that any information about it is brought to the knowledge of the commercial partners of the web, or with third parties, other than those purposes stated on the ADISL website (for example: for commercial purposes), in order to have the opportunity to decide not to share your information. None of the above data communications will include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise revealing personal information of clients for commercial purposes in a manner contrary to the commitments acquired in this Privacy Policy.

 


6. What rights does the user have in front of the data provided?

The user may exercise the following rights before ADISL:

- Right to request access to personal data concerning the interested party.

- Right to request rectification (inaccurate data) or deletion (when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected).

- Right to request the limitation of your treatment, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.

- Right to oppose treatment. ADISL will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

The exercise of the aforementioned rights is very personal, so it will be necessary for the user to prove their identity.

To exercise the aforementioned rights provided for in the legislation, the user can contact ADISL via email info@adisl.es or by writing to the address listed in section 1 of this Policy. The communication will contain the following data and documents:

- Name and surname of the interested party, attaching a photocopy of the DNI or other valid document that identifies him and, where appropriate, of the person who represents him; the use of electronic signature will exempt the presentation of these documents.

- Indication of the domicile of the interested party and petition in which the request is specified (the right to be exercised).

The user will also have the right to file a claim with the corresponding Control Authority, when he considers it appropriate.

 


7. How do we protect the data of our users?

ADISL informs the user that it has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures required by the current regulations on Data Protection to guarantee the security of your data, in order to avoid unauthorized alteration, loss, access or processing thereof. As mentioned, the personal data provided by users through the Web of ADISL will not be transferred to other entities or companies to be used for their own purposes. However, some companies subcontracted by ADISL may have access to personal data and personal information, always under the exclusive control of ADISL, with the sole purpose of providing a service necessary for the proper functioning of the ADISL website.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law, as well as the resolution of any controversy or divergence related to this Website. The use of the services of this website implies the express acceptance of the Spanish jurisdiction.
